At Somnia Jewels, every creation is individually handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We do not hold finished products in stock. Each piece is made exclusively upon order, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality and attention to detail.

1. HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME

As every Somnia creation is made to order, please allow 15–20 days for production before your order is dispatched.

Each piece is individually handcrafted using carefully selected materials and precious stones. Production times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the design, the availability of materials and the specific requirements of each creation.

Please note that the production period is separate from the shipping and delivery period.

Once your creation has been completed and passed our quality control checks, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched to your specified delivery address.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Somnia Jewels offers complimentary international shipping.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, the courier service and customs clearance procedures.

All orders are shipped using reputable, trackable courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details, where available.

Please note that delivery estimates are indicative only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by customs inspections, courier operations, adverse weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect the expected delivery date.

3. INSURED SHIPPING & VALUABLE ITEMS

Given the precious materials and significant value of our creations, every shipment is insured for the full declared value of the jewellery.

We take particular care in packaging and dispatching each order to ensure that your creation reaches you safely.

All shipments are sent using secure delivery services with tracking and, where available, signature confirmation.

In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at somniajewels@gmail.com.

Customers are kindly requested to inspect their parcel upon delivery and notify us as soon as possible of any visible damage, missing items or signs of tampering, providing photographs and relevant documentation where available.

Somnia Jewels will liaise with the courier and insurance provider to investigate the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the relevant insurance terms.
